Terry Starbucker, Leadership From a Glass Half-Full

It’s been a while since I’ve given you a book recommendation; the last one was back in December and was a review of some of the books I read in 2009.

I want to start giving more reviews about books/e-books that I’ve been reading, and this week I’ll start with an e-book from somebody I started to follow in twitter and a blog I’ve subscribed not too long ago. Terry Starbucker, Leadership From a Glass Half-Full: 5 Things You Need To Learn Before You Jump Into The Pool.

“This e-book covers the 5 things that I believe every leader must learn before they practice their craft the Workplace”

You can’t judge a book by its cover, but this one has a pretty nice Zen-like design and is well written. Is a short read, just 10 pages and it covers five aspect of leadership and I like the way the e-book is formatted. Terry Starbucker has a lot of experience in leadership (by the way, I’m not calling Terry old, is in the e-book) and by the quality, you can see that he have put time on it. You should check it out, if you are interested in managing and leadership.

  1. Hi Ricardo, and thanks for reviewing my e-book! I really appreciate your kind words about the design (thanks Julie Roads and Jesse Petersen) and the content. I have learned a lot about leadership in my now 28 years in the business world, and it's really been a great experience to share that knowledge and have great conversations with folks like yourself. Thanks again, and good luck and great leading!!

    Regards,
    Terry
